Guru Coffee （咕嚕咖啡）取自日文ぐるぐる(guruguru) ，在日文有循環的意思。我們的宗旨是令喝咖啡的人喝過一口再想喝一口。咕嚕同時是客人喝下咖啡時經過喉嚨的聲音，也是代表著貓咪在開心和放鬆的時候發出的咕嚕咕嚕聲。

Guru Coffee使用半熱風直火機，這樣可以讓我們的烘焙師更好控制每款咖啡豆的火力跟風力，從而達至風味的平衡。因此，每款豆來到Guru Coffee後也可以度身製作他們的Roasting Profile。

我們是香港的咖啡烘焙坊，堅持本地新鮮烘焙，確保咖啡烘焙之後可以最快的速度交到客人的手上。希望在保證品質的同時，為大家提供好喝又價錢合理的咖啡。

 We are Coffee Roaster from Hong Kong. The name of Guru Coffee is reference from the Japanese word ぐるぐる(guruguru). It means again and again. We roast coffee that makes you want to drink every day. Also, guru represents the purring sound when cats feel satisfied. We hope all our customers satisfied with our high quality coffee and even make a purring sound, just like cats~

In Guru Coffee Roaster, our roasting machine is semi-conventional coffee roaster, the taste of coffee would be intense yet pure. Timing and Control are crucial in every roast. We aim to make an unique profile for each coffee green bean.
